Maggie & David Webb are pleased to offer you Bed and Breakfast accommodation in a relaxed family home with extensive gardens and off road parking.

The B&B is situated in Swanwick Lane, just off the A27 between Jct8 and Jct9 of the M27, opposite Premier Marina, on the River Hamble and is adjacent to the picturesque village of Bursledon and Warsash with its marine academy.

Our accommodation is located at the heart of the sailing and boating world. Hamble-le-Rice and Warsash sailing communities are nearby.

Riverside bars and restaurants such as The Jolly Sailor and The Old Ship are all within relaxed walking distance. Premier Marina is a mere 400m from the Bed and Breakfast.

We have numerous riverbank and country walks, typical of rural Hampshire. Swanwick Lakes are within walking distance of the B&B.

The historic Cathedral cities of Winchester and Chichester are within 30 minutes drive of the Bed and Breakfast.

Portsmouth, with the Spinnaker Tower, HMS Victory and the Mary Rose are all worth a visit.

The ever popular New Forest is also a short drive away.

We are extremely fortunate to be at the centre of so many delightful attractions.
